We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, including children under the age of 13. Our products, services, and website are not intended for use by minors. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may designate an agent by providing the agent with your written and signed permission to act on your behalf and by directly confirming with us that you have provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. As permitted by law, we may require you to verify your identity in response to a request even if you choose to use an agent. The authorized agent will also need to verify its own identity directly with us.

XI. Other California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
