"Jim is uniquely qualified to lead the State National Program Services sales effort, will focus primarily on developing new relationships with managing general agents and general agents controlling books of business." said Terry Ledbetter, President, State National Companies. "He brings experience in underwriting and senior management positions with managing general agents, and underwriting and sales positions with U.S. and international insurance carriers. When you couple that with Jim's extensive alternative risk program development including captives and group self-insured programs, and experience in the London and Bermuda markets, we're confident he will be an asset to our Program Services division."
Ledbetter added, "Jim will be working closely with Luke Ledbetter who is responsible for developing our relationships with reinsurance brokers and David Cleff who is responsible for our reinsurer relationships."

"I am excited to be with the leader in the program services space and look forward to enhancing the team of professionals as State National continues to expand," Kilduff said. "I look forward to meeting the unique needs of State National's clients and helping provide the capacity they need to seize market opportunity."
